When Refunds Are Available

We proudly offer a 100% money-back guarantee in specific situations. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

1. Not Approved by the Doctor

If you are not approved for medical cannabis certification in New York during your evaluation, you will receive a full refund of your consultation fee.

2. Appointment Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.
  • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Billing Errors / Duplicate Payments

In the event of a technical issue or duplicate payment, we will issue a full refund once verified.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Some fees are non-refundable, in compliance with New York state medical cannabis regulations:

  • State registration fees paid directly to the New York Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments or “no-shows” are not eligible for refunds.
  • Patients who are approved by a physician but fail to complete their state application will not qualify for a refund.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
